Hi!A Personal Note from JamesNo, it's not your imagination. You really haven't heard from me in a while.It's not because I haven't been thinking about you! So here's the brief story:
So, in other words, I simply haven't had time to write. As many of you know, life is full of various changes and stages, and that's what's going on here. Nothing strange or unusual. I'm hoping that HeadWay can return early in the new year, but we'll have to see what happens. I appreciate the notes of encouragement that some of you send letting me know what HeadWay and Headache and Migraine News have meant to you. It's great to hear from you! Remember that there are lots of archives that you can explore. Here are some things to check out:
I have been posting infrequently, but if you haven't visited the blog for a few weeks you'll find some new things there. How do you handle times of upheaval and change in your life, as a migraine-fighter? I try to keep three things as consistant as I can: diet, excercise, and schedule (especially sleep schedule). There are lots of other things to think about, depending on your circumstances, but those building-blocks of basic health are important. And for migraine patients, it's good to avoid drastic changes (even if that's suddenly getting a lot more exercise or sleep). Send your answers to the MailRoom! I'm always glad to hear from you.
