0ne lb hamburger(grd beef or Chuck)
1Tablespoon Chili Powder
1Tablespoon DRIED Onion
1/2 can Rotel (or some other Green chilies and tomato)
1/8 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste
Brown beef, drain the fat, mix the rest of the ingredients, simmer for ten to twelve minutes (don't let it get completely dry). Serve over corn chips, garnish with sour cream, black olives, cheddar, lettuce
