Migraine Monster

The pain got to me... I guess that's self evident. After a pulmonary embolism some two years ago I have been extremely prone to migraines lasting weeks at a time. I have yet to find any GOOD way to keep it under control, other than reducing stress levels. Not bad really. This THING is a representation of the pain and confusion. I figure; if I can isolate the pain into something which can be faced and controlled perhaps I might have a chance.

The image

First, good color choice, a fiery red background to contrast with a green insect-like monster on a tan skull. Those who suffer would recognize this instantly or nearly so.

Hurricane Faye emanated from the Atlantic across Haiti, Cuba and finally the Florida peninsula to disappear in Georgia or thereabouts. I had a migraine start when Faye appeared. About 20 pills and three shots in that one week period amounted to nothing except temporary relief. The pain stopped when the hurricane stopped.

I can feel it!

Yep, I can feel that one! Good colours and great focus on the "pain inside".
