Sauté spinach, kale, garlic, split cherry tomatoes and olive oil until limp and tomatoes are soft. It can be served over noodles or rice or it can stand alone.
The amount of the veggies can be changed easily to provide more or less servings. Other veggies can be added to the dish, I usually just use what I have. If the tomatoes are split, the juice provides moisture and taste to the other veggies. A little salt and pepper finishes it off.
